Should I submit documents?
Submitting your CV is mandatory. It helps me understand who I am consulting with and tailor my advice accordingly. If you have other documents, such as personal statements or related materials, and you'd like my feedback on them, please send these along with your CV. The type of documents you may want to include depends on your specific needs and what you hope to achieve from our consultation.

Where to submit the documents?
My Manager, Rahma, will provide you a form. please fill out the form provided and submit your CV and any other documents you deem necessary for the consultation.
When to Book?
Please ensure to book your consultation at least three days in advance. This allows me sufficient time to thoroughly review your documents prior to our session.
Are You Only Available on Weekends?
Weekends are generally the most favorable time for me as I work full-time during the week. However, I do have a flexible schedule and can accommodate weekday appointments as needed. Please let me know what works best for you, and we can arrange a suitable time.
Can You Do Proofreading of Scholarship Documents?
Yes, I can assist with proofreading. However, my focus is more on the content rather than the grammar. I will provide in-depth advice on what your content should convey, focusing on strategic elements rather than just technical word-by-word revisions.
How Many Meetings Are Needed?
The number of meetings required varies by mentee. Some are able to apply my guidance effectively and produce a strong document after just one session. However, most mentees typically need at least two consultations to develop a cohesive narrative for their scholarship essays.
Is there any cancellation policy?
I value our time together, so please aim to be punctual. If you expect to be late, inform my manager, Rahma, within 10 minutes of our scheduled start time. If you are not present within 10 minutes, I will leave the Google Meet, and it will be considered a cancellation.
Please avoid canceling our sessions. If you must cancel, please notify us at least seven days in advance. This courtesy allows other mentees the opportunity to schedule a session during that time. If you cancel, a fee of 10% of your payment will be charged. This fee compensates for the time and effort spent preparing for our session.
