🌟 About Rosi Tirus

Hi! I'm Rosi Tirus, an educational consultant with a passion for turning dreams into degrees (and beyond). I help aspiring changemakers navigate scholarships, life mapping, and personal growth through personalized mentorship, digital courses, and a supportive community.

In 2022, I earned my Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from Uppsala University, Sweden, fully funded by the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals (SISGP). Since then, I've been mentoring hundreds of Indonesian youth to achieve the same (and more).

My journey has been shaped by receiving multiple prestigious scholarships and international fellowships, including Erasmus+, YSEALI, and the CrossCulture Program Germany. These experiences have sharpened my leadership skills, broadened my global perspective, and fueled my passion for helping others achieve their dreams.

Currently, I'm based in Germany, working as a Marketing Manager at a startup. Outside of my 9-to-5, I lead Sejuta Cerita Muda, a mission-driven platform where I guide scholarship aspirants and young changemakers to reach their full potential academically, personally, and professionally.
